(1) Check your account creation email and access the login screen
- Sender’s email address: MOTIVATION CLOUD<no-reply@motivation-cloudapp.com>
- Subject: ○○様のアカウントが発行されました / Account issued for Mr. / Ms. 〇〇
For customers using Motivation Cloud Series
If you have an account for Motivation Cloud Engagement or Motivation Cloud Sharing, you will receive an email with the image below.
Click the 'Start' button and log in using the password you created for Motivation Cloud Engagement or Motivation Cloud Sharing.
*If you do not know your password, please click here to reset your password if you have forgotten it.
For customers never used Motivation Cloud Series
If you do not have an account for Motivation Cloud Engagement or Motivation Cloud Sharing, you will receive an email like the image below.
Click on the 'Set a password' button to set the password.
<Caution>
- If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or trash folder.
- "The URL for setting the first password is valid for 7 days. If this has expired,
check the steps in the case the set password URL has expired."
Set password
(1) Set a password in accordance with the conditions, and click “Save”
- Enter a password between 12 to 72 characters.
- The password must contain a combination of three of the following types: uppercase alphabet, lowercase alphabet, numbers, symbols (!@#$^&* etc.).
- Passwords containing your email address or simple character strings (abcd... or 1234, etc.) cannot be set.
(2) Enter your “Email address” and set “Password,” and click “Login”
If you have forgotten the login URL
You can log in from the link below.

If the set password URL has expired.
The following screen is shown when clicking the URL for setting the first password after 7 days has elapsed. Re-issue a set password URL and set your password.
(1) Click “Re-issue”
(2) Enter your created “Email address” and click “Send”
Set a password using the re-issued set password URL within 1 hour.
