1. Recommended environment

The following usage environments are recommended to ensure the service is used smoothly.

<Caution>

  • Not compatible with IE (Internet Explorer).
  • While the service may be used under non-recommended OS or browser environments, please note that no assistance can be provided if there is a fault.
  • Smartphones can only be used on the answer screen. Note that the “Results / Improvements” screen and “Admin” screen are non-recommended environments.
  • Usage of iPad or other tablet devices is not recommended.

2. Your company’s IT environment

Emails from this service may not be delivered properly or the survey may not be able to be saved due to security measures in place at your company, such as “Incoming email server settings,” “website communication control settings” or “control settings to prevent file uploads/downloads.”

Have your company’s IT administrator or equivalent certified personnel check the details and apply the appropriate settings.
