Log in with multi-factor authentication
This page explains how to log in when multi-factor authentication is in use.
What is multi-factor authentication?
Multi-factor authentication is a mechanism that strengthens security by requiring a one-time code issued by a smartphone app, or something similar, in addition to the password you have set. Motivation Cloud uses two-factor authentication, a form of multi-factor authentication.
|
To use multi-factor authentication, you need an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. For information about which authenticator app to use, please contact the person in charge at your company. |
