Forgot password

You can reset your password. Re-issue a set password URL from the Login screen.

(1) Click “Forgot your password?” on the login screen
Note: This is not shown unless you enter your email address.

(2) Enter your registered “Email address” and click “Send”
A reset password notification is sent to your registered email address.

(3) Check your email, and click “Resetting your password”
Set the password within 1 hour.

• Sender’s email address: MOTIVATION CLOUD<no-reply@motivation-cloudapp.com>
• Subject: Request to reset your password

(4) Set a new password, and click “Save”
Conditions that have been met are indicated with a green check mark, while conditions that have not been met are indicated by red text.

• Passwords containing your email address or simple character strings (abcd... or 1234, etc.) cannot be set.
• Enter a password between 12 to 72 characters.
• The password must contain a combination of three of the following types: uppercase alphabet, lowercase alphabet, numbers, symbols (!@#$%^&* etc.).
• A previously registered password cannot be set.

(5) Enter your “Email address” and set “Password,” and click “Login”
