The message "Cannot be used with this browser" has shown.
If you use the site outside the recommended environment, an error screen like the one shown in the image will appear, which is particularly common for customers using Internet Explorer.
How to change the browser
(1) Open a browser in the recommended environment.

(2) Right-click "Set a password" in the response request e-mail and select "Copy link address".
(3) Right-click on the browser's search bar and select "Paste" to paste the response URL.
If an error screen is displayed even after switching to a recommended browser
If the error screen is still displayed even after changing to a recommended browser, try the following method.
Pasting the URL of the error screen
Paste the URL of the response screen, not the URL displayed on the error screen.
You are accessing the site using Microsoft Edge's Internet Explorer mode.
If you are accessing the site in "Internet Explorer mode" of Microsoft Edge, please select "Exit Internet Explorer mode" and reaccess the site.
Your PC or tablet/smartphone has not been updated.
Please update your system to the latest version from the following procedure and reaccess it.
