Checking survey results

(1) Check the results notification email, and click “Check results”

• Sender’s email address: MOTIVATION CLOUD<no-reply@motivation-cloudapp.com>
• Subject: 〇〇サーベイの結果をお送りします/ Notification of 〇〇 survey results

(2) Login

(3) Download the results

(4) Check "Additional Question Results"

• An "Additional Question" refers to a question your company's representative added to each survey.
• If no "additional questions" have been set, the link to the viewing page will not be displayed.
