Analysis of survey results is a way of correctly identifying challenges that need to be address for your own growth, by organizing your own circumstances and survey results from supervisors or colleagues. Describing your own circumstances or points of note creates a greater sense of satisfaction with the “Stretch Plan,” which is a forward-looking growth plan.
Procedures
Register analysis of survey results (read)
(1) Click “Analyze” on My Page
(2) Click “Next” to proceed
(3) Enter “Status of your department” and “Role expected of you” and click “Next”
(4) Enter the required items, and click “Next”
(5) Enter feedback and click “Finish”
When the following screen appears, the analysis of the survey is complete.
Check or edit the survey read results.
(1) Click “Analyze” on My Page
(2) Check the results
(3) Click “Edit” on the read results screen
(4) Edit sections to change, and click “Save”
