Check Survey Respondents
You can check, add, and delete survey respondents.
Check target persons and respondents
① Open the confirmation request email and click “Confirm.”
Subject: Please review the selected survey respondents.
Sender: MOTIVATION CLOUD no-reply@mcs.ninja
*The subject line may differ.
② On “Review Survey Respondents,” select the row of the target person for whom confirmation was requested.
Check the respondents associated with the target person, and if there are no changes, click “Submit Confirmation.”
Add a respondent
③ In the target person details, click “Add Respondent” under “Respondents Assigned to a Subject.”
④ In “Select respondents to add,” search for the name or email address of the respondent you want to add.
⑤ Select the respondent you want to add and click “Add.”
The respondent has been added.
Delete a respondent
⑥ In “Respondents Assigned to a Subject” in the target person details, click “remove” for the relevant respondent.
⑦ Confirm the respondent, and if there are no issues, click “remove.”
The respondent has been deleted.
⑧ After completing the editing of respondents, review the details again and click “Submit Confirmation”.
*If you do not click “Submit Confirmation”, the changes will not be applied.
<Notes>
After the confirmation deadline has passed, you cannot complete confirmation.
Be sure to complete confirmation by the deadline.After confirmation is completed, you cannot modify the respondent settings.
