How to View the Support Screen

On the support screen, only the individuals set as viewers can view the corresponding members' stretch plans and survey results.

*If you have not yet logged in, please refer to this help guide first.

①When survey results are shared, individuals set as viewers will receive an email as follows.

• Sender’s email address: MOTIVATION CLOUD<no-reply@motivation-cloudapp.com>
• Subject: <Name>, sending you the survey results of the members 

Please click "View member list" and log into the support screen.

*Those not set as viewers at the time of survey result sharing will not receive any specific email. Please log in to the support screen as instructed by your company separately.

②When you click "Support" at the top of the screen, a list of members set as viewers will be displayed.

③You can view detailed information, such as their action plan, by clicking on an individual's name.
